Blueprints 2D & 3D

Each vision begins with John’s detailed, hand-crafted sketches. In a personal consultation, John presents 2D layouts and 3D digital models to refine your design and lock in every detail. He also visits your lot to assess the landscape and project scale firsthand before the construction phase begins.

Contract

After the 3D layout is approved, the contract package is finalized to document the agreed scope of work, total project cost, payment terms, and an anticipated schedule from site preparation through final walk‑through.

Building Your Home

Once contracts are finalized, site work begins with grading, excavation, and foundation installation. Structural framing, roofing, windows, and exterior doors are then completed to establish a weather‑tight shell before interior work proceeds.

Finishes & Final Walk‑Through

Once the exterior is ready, we install siding and intricate woodwork. You will be kept informed with progress reports while we prepare for your grand walkthrough.
